1. Services Offered

Bahandi Creations provides various children's enrichment services, including but not limited to:

2. Workshop Enrollment and Payment

• Registration: Enrollment in our workshops and classes is subject to availability. Full registration details, including participant's name, age, and any relevant medical conditions or allergies, must be provided accurately.
• Payment: Fees for workshops and classes must be paid in full prior to the start of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment methods accepted will be specified at the time of registration. All fees are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• Cancellations and Refunds:
  • Cancellations made a specified number of days before the workshop date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, or a credit for a future workshop. Specific refund policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than the specified notice period.
  • Bahandi Creations reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to a different session.

3. Participant Conduct and Safety

For the safety and enjoyment of all participants:

• Participants must adhere to the instructions of Bahandi Creations staff at all times.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring participants are appropriately dressed for craft activities.
• Bahandi Creations is not responsible for personal belongings brought to workshops.
• In case of disruptive behavior, Bahandi Creations reserves the right to remove a participant from a workshop without refund, after reasonable warnings.
• While Bahandi Creations implements appropriate safety measures, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with craft activities and educational play.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Bahandi Creations and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website and within our workshop content. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from our website for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not:
